Our family Christmas!!!!

This year we spent the majority of our day at home for the holidays. These pics pretty much tell the whole story. Garrett doesn't look too active because he wole up with a headache that morning and didn't feel too good all day. Alli was pretty into things. Her only hangup was getting tired of unwrapping things. She started handing them to mommy saying "you do it." All in all, things were a huge success and Santa remembered everything!

Because my parents were down this past weekend for a visit, we decided to put a little more space between Alli's birthday and Christmas. We threw her a great party with both sets of grandparents and both of her aunt's. Cousin Jazzy was here too!

Here's the pricess cake I made for Alli.... The skirt is the cake and the icing helps to bridge the gap between the doll's waist and outfit.

Here's my first attempt at posting videos!!! Sadly, I had the camera turned the wrong direction for Alli's debut. And due to my lack of computer techiness (Yes that is now a word), you will all have a crick in your neck by the time I got it right and moved on to Garrett! So I'm sorry!!!! But they are still my little rockers.

Alli's favorite movie is Over the Hedge, and so she loves the soundtrack. Here she is rockin' the suburbs!!

Garrett still fancies Thomas, so here's his Boom Boom Choo Choo debut. The part he smudges all together is supposed to be "it's easily explained you see, how things go bump in the night. Boom!" And if I wouldn't have cut him off, it would have turned into the song that doesn't end!!

Christmas Shopping and Spirit!

Just thought I would share with everyone what we woke up to this morning!! First of the season!! It's still slowly falling, so who knows how much we'll see....

And last Sunday, my mother in law, sister in law Angie, and friend/boss/coworker Nikki all went to the fashion mall for a shopping fundraiser. The mall was closed to everyone that didn't have a ticket to be there. And all the high profile restraunts were sampling food. AND liquor companies were giving free samples. (See 10 plastic cups below.) So for 10 dollars I got more to drink at the mall, than I would a bar! Great way to get into the spirit of things huh?

My coworker asked me to make a cake for her husband's birthday. She wanted it to be a "boob cake", but I made it a little more classy. Chocolate boobs, what more could any guy ask for? Yes I am in business and for hire.

Whenever we are working in our office (which me moved to the main floor from upstairs), the kids always bring their sleeping stuff down for a pow-wow by the computer. They always need to be close to us, but for some reason, that room always needs bedding!!

Garrett's last day of Soccer!!!

Today was Garrett's last day of soccer for this season! Here are some of the pics. Kinda blurry, but its hard to catch those kids, they're fast!!!
